We stayed here first in 2016 for a longer stay and then again in 2017 for 2 nights. Maura is a fantastic host (e.g. bringing free drinks to the pool) making sure everything was according to our needs. The place breathes rest, has a beautiful view and the swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Great place to read a book at the end of a sightseeing day. Good restaurant on walking distance, other good ones close by per car.
Breakfast was a party. Fresh stuff from the garden, home made jams and yoghurts, selection of Italian cheese and meat, pastry, etc. It’s not the typical (business) hotel breakfast, but it’s pure, local and fresh.
We would highly recommend to visit this B&B, either for a proper holiday or for a short stay driving further to the south as we did last year. We’ve visited more than ten places in Italy during the past years (all for similar prices) and for us, Maura and Giuseppe’s place truly stands out.
Small downside: the level of English is not great, but with a big smile and google translate also this problem was solved.
